It is important, therefore, to maintain the grounds, equipment, fixtures and furniture to ensure the space remains aesthetically pleasing and is safe and functional for staff, tenants and visitors to use and enjoy.
Typical regular maintenance tasks would include:

We will work with you to establish a schedule of works covering daily, weekly, monthly and annual requirements in order to maintain the grounds to a standard that befits the building. Where appropriate this would extend to any internal planting features.
