Grounds Maintenance

We recognise the experience of your tenants and visitors does not start and stop at the door of the building, it extends to the grounds surrounding the building too. The landscape approaching your building is often the first impression someone gets of your company and should reflect your brand values as much as the building itself. It is important, therefore, to maintain the grounds, equipment, fixtures and furniture to ensure the space remains aesthetically pleasing and is safe and functional for staff, tenants and visitors to use and enjoy.

Typical regular maintenance tasks would include:

• Hedge cutting
• Path clearance
• Litter picking

We will work with you to establish a schedule of works covering daily, weekly, monthly and annual requirements in order to maintain the grounds to a standard that befits the building. Where appropriate this would extend to any internal planting features.
